Anthony Mechanical HVAC & Appliance LLC is a locally owned an operated HVAC Repair Service & Installation Contractor company located in Brick Township NJ. We are an owner operated company where the owner is always onsite for every project.

What do we Service?
We service HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) and major home appliances. Heating includes Warm Air (Forced Air & Central Air) Furnaces, Hot Water Boilers and Heat Pump Units (Including Ductless Mini Split & Wall PTAC Units. Air Conditioning includes Central Air Conditioning, PTAC Units and Ductless (Mini Split) systems.
How does our fee structure work for service calls?
There is no diagnosis or troubleshoot charge if the customer gives us the approval to perform the repair at the agreed upon rate. We charge $75.00 to come to your home or business to diagnose the problem and appropriate repair. A price will be given to remedy the issue and if the repair is performed the service charge for diagnosis will be credited towards the repair. A service charge could be higher for extended travel and tax will be applicable depending on the repair.
Is there a charge to come out and give an estimate for replacement of Heating or Central Air Unit?
No. Any estimates for replacement or installation of a system or component is free.
Do we service Residential & Commercial?
Yes we service both residential & light commercial units including rooftop units.
Is there a warranty on our services?
Generally all repairs will have a 6 months warranty on labor and parts will be covered under a manufacturer warranty for a specific period of time unless extended and specified on the invoice. All replacements or installation jobs will have a one year warranty on labor and the parts warranty is generally covered by the manufacturer which may be a 5 or 10 year warranty.
What brands do we service?
Generally we will service nearly every brand and model with the exception of a few.
What brands do we install?
Ruud and Rheem are the brands we generally use when installing Heating and Air Conditioning. However we can install any other brand based on the customer request.
Do we install any smart home products?
Yes we install any thermostat including WIFI thermostats where the customer can operate the heating or air conditioning system from a connected device like a smartphone or tablet.

REFUND/ SERVICE WARRANTY POLICY
Diagnostic Fee – (Service Charge) Non-Refundable
Maintenance Service & Repair -Anthony Mechanical HVAC & Appliance LLC will warranty all labor for repair and services for a period of 6 months from date of repair unless specifically extended and stated on the invoice. The manufacturer of the part may have a different warranty period. Product/part warranties will be provided by product manufacturer, and we will assist in facilitation of this process or may cover the cost of the replacement part. Customer must notify us in writing within 10 days at the provided NJ mailing address or by phone of repair failure. If the appliance repaired fails within our 6-month warranty period, we will return free of charge to determine the cause of the failure. If we cannot return within 30 days, the customer will be given the option to have their payment returned less the original diagnostic fee. Payment will be mailed within 14 Days of customer decision. All refunds will be made by check payable to the original purchaser of service. If the failure is the same as the original repair, then the follow up visit & consequent repair will be free of charge. If it is determined that the machine has incurred a different and separate failure from the original repair, then the customer will be given a price for repair and an additional diagnostic fee may apply. Anthony Mechanical HVAC & Appliance LLC may return customers payment minus diagnostic fee instead of making warranty repairs on an item.
HVAC Installation & Replacement – Anthony Mechanical HVAC & Appliance LLC will warranty all labor for new HVAC Installations or replacement for 1 year unless specifically stated and extended on the invoice. All product warranties will be through the manufacturer, and we will assist in this process.
90 DAY WARRANTIES - Maintenance repairs (i.e., AC Condensate drain clogs/Dryer Vent Line Restrictions). If the original service invoice does not contain replaced parts, this generally can be considered a maintenance repair.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED - Customer misuse/abuse & customer caused failures ∙ Refrigerant (Unless in the case of new installations under the labor warranty) ∙ Acts of nature (i.e. flooding) power surges or any outside factors not normal wear & tear.

In Home Minimum Repair Labor Charge – $125.00 plus Applicable sales tax (Diagnostic Fee Waived with any recommended and performed repairs)
Pricing for individual repairs & replacements will be based on individual part or material pricing and complexity of repair and will be quoted prior to initiation of any repair.
