FREQUENTENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (F.A.Q)
Is there a service fee or diagnostic fee for HVAC & Major Appliance Repair?
Yes currently we charge $75.00 plus any applicable sales tax to come out to our customer's home to diagnose the failure of a major appliance, air conditioning system or heating system and provide a reccomended course of action to remedy the situation. There may be an additional charge to the customer is they are located further out of our normal service area but that would clearly be communicated to the customer beforehand.
Do we waive the service fee if the recommended repair or replacement is performed by us?
Yes the diagnostic fee will be waived and does not get added in addition to or on top of the final repair invoice for a recommended course of action if our company is completing the repair of replacement.
Do we have same day availability?
Yes we always will do our best to accommodate emergency appliance & HVAC breakdowns as fast as possible. Oftentimes same day appliance repair or next day appliance repair service can be provided.
Is there an additional charge for emergency service, evening service or weekend appointments?
No there is no additional charge to any evening appointments, holiday appointments or weekend appointments.
What sets us apart from our competitors?
The most important aspect that we can highlight is that this is a small company. You will not be shuffled around dealing with multiple employees in the repair or replacement process. We dont employ an answering service so there is no buffer between the company and the customer. Also with many contact options available, we provide multiple forms of communication that will best suit your schedule and lifestyle.
ABOUT THE OWNER
Anthony Murgolo is the owner and operator of Anthony Mechanical HVAC & Appliance LLC. A second-generation tradesman after his father Joseph Murgolo who had spent his lifetime career in the Appliance industry. Anthony Murgolo has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the residential HVAC & Major Appliance field building upon a legacy to operate with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
